SC CTSI Role
Ms. Osuna administrates and coordinates evaluation activities across SC CTSI programs to support data-driven tracking of program success and identify areas for performance improvement. She is also the Project Manager for Data Nexus – a centralized data repository created to streamline the use of multiple large data sets for NIH Annual Progress Reporting. To help SC CTSI reach its overall goals, Ms. Osuna facilitates data collection and analysis using the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework to report on common metrics and ensure accountability to all stakeholders.
Shardae specializes in customized program evaluations that create usable results for stakeholders. Prior to joining SC CTSI, she coordinated the Community Leadership Development Program for the University of Michigan’s Detroit Center where she designed and delivered evaluative and technological solutions for community-based leaders in Detroit to maximize social impact and accelerate change-making. Shardae earned her Master in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, specializing in Social Policy and Evaluation. She also holds a Certificate in Human Service Management from the Network for Social Work Management.
